About Us

Oh So Sea Glass creates handcrafter jewellery using genuine sea glass collected from the shores of Scotland.

Each piece is individually made, meaning no two items are ever exactly alike.

Product Information

We take great care to ensure product descriptions and photographs accurately represent each item.

As every piece of sea glass is naturally formed, slight variations in colour, shape and texture are part of its unique character and are not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Ordering

Once you place and order, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• An item is unavailable
• There is an error in pricing or product information
• Fraudulent activity is suspected

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers available at checkout.

Oh So Sea Glass does not store your payment card details.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, product descriptions and website are the property of Oh So Sea Glass unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oh So Sea Glass shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
