Returns & Refund Policy

At Oh So Sea Glass, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted using genuine sea glass collected from the shores of Scotland. As each piece is unique, slight variations in shape, colour and size are a natural part of its character.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and in its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment provider.

Please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if your jewellery arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the item and packaging where possible

We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether that's through a replacement, repair or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personalisation reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Custom jewellery
• Gift cards
• Items worn
